                  The master degree of Project And Construction Management, which follows building techniques courses in the Bachelor of Architecture programme, provides the conditions for increasing knowledge, skill and performance of architecture and civil engineering graduates in the management of construction projects.
Project management, includes the managerial skills, tools and processes required for the successful completion of a construction project. The programme consists of a series of courses, including theories of project management, planning a project management, new construction technologies and others. The programme aims to provide the following for its graduates:
-  Acquiring a set of skills to reduce the risk of a project; specific knowledge, skill and experience required to increase the probability of project success.
- Familiarity with different tools that are used to improve the project's chances of success. These tools include documentation models, recording devices, programming software, modelling software, controlling audit lists and evaluation forms.
- Familiarity with a set of multiple processes to control time, costs, quality, changes and risks .
